The Sea Ghost is a fantasy, action adventure film, in the style of James Bond crossed with Aquaman, full of chases, fights, intrigue, espionage and ultramodern gadgets. Alex Campbell is a rich, young archaeologist with the unique ability to breathe underwater, the result of experimental surgery performed by his mother, the renown Dr. Lora Campbell. Alex leaves his tranquil life of exploring the mysteries of ancient civilizations to rescue Oksana from human traffickers. As the secret of his mutant abilities becomes known, both an international terrorist ring and MI6 are on a hunt for Alex to use his abilities to control the world's oceans. The young lovers and Alex's mother escape to a remote tropical island, but their happy ending is interrupted when Oksana reveals a dark secret...she is a Russian secret agent.
