After the townsfolk witnessed a rare celestial phenomenon trailing the Camelopardalis meteor shower, people are on edge. Crime rate has risen and there is concern for the small quite town of Prairie Pines. A government official from a neighboring town has been sent to investigate the strange behavior among some of the local teens and attempt to ease the tension and set things right.
