蚵換一生

灰濛濛的海岸邊佇立著彷如十萬大軍的花岡石柱，這是金門人用來養殖牡蠣的石蚵田。生長緩慢、個小結實卻又特別鮮甜的「石蚵」也象徵著蚵民刻苦耐勞的意志力及樂天知命的精神。從採蚵、剝蚵到賣蚵的過程中，採蚵的阿公、阿嬤們和蚵仔的相處模式，就像家人般密不可分，這種親和力在現今社會中顯得多麼珍貴！ 　　Kinmen County is a small archipelago of several islands situated on the southeastern coast of China. Administered as a part of Taiwan, it is just two kilometers away from China’s Xiamen. In this documentary, school children take an intimate look at their families’ traditional ways of fishing and cockle farming.
