South of Reno

This psychological drama is set in the lonely desert flats of rural Nevada, and centers on the quiet torment of a young man who thinks about leaving his contemptuous, cheating wife and moving to Reno before he goes over the edge completely. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide 　　The hero is a laconic loser, a man who stops cars by throwing sharp objects onto the highway just so he'll have someone to talk to. He lives in a trailer home in the desert and dreams of relocating to Reno. But before he can reach that neon paradise, he must do something about the fact that his wife is flagrantly pursuing an affair with an auto mechanic.
