简介：Movie about the life of North Sea fishermen centers around a young boy who tries to prove to his father that he can be just as good a man as was the son lost at sea. The son eventually proves his worth to his father only to have his worst fears realized when his terminally ill girlfriend succumbs to leukaemia, but this tragedy forces him finally into manhood.
